Kirei
Kirei, who founded Evolved in November 2013, is on a mission to promote overall well-being. Throughout her extensive career in fitness, martial arts, and yoga, she's had the privilege of guiding thousands of students and clients. Kirei holds a deep belief in the importance of genuine whole health. She advocates for strength training as the #1 tool for aging gracefully. With trust in her capable team, she is confident each and every session at Evolved will leave you feeling strong, knowing you’ve done something incredible for your body and overall health.

Alanna
In her leadership role at Evolved, Alanna passionately champions our strength training protocol as an essential component of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Whether she is training, guiding our team, or strategizing for business growth, Alanna certainly has a busy schedule. Having initiated her career in fitness within commercial gyms, she recognizes that traditional gym culture doesn’t always serve our mental and physical well-being. Alanna deeply appreciates Evolved's emphasis on loving your body and building strength.

Dakota
Growing up on a cattle ranch outside of Claresholm, Dakota knows the value of hard work. As a registered kinesiologist and manual osteopath, Dakota’s passion for health and fitness seamlessly integrates into the Evolved family, contributing both in the studio and behind the scenes as our Administrative Manager. She is incredibly knowledgeable and values detail and accuracy in everything she does.

Heather
Heather’s rigorous yoga teacher training allows her to give very specific cues to help you activate muscles that you didn’t know you had! Training with Heather greatly enhances your mind-to-muscle connection. She does not miss a thing about form and specializes in breath work. Your safety is her primary concern, working with her encouraging and focused energy is a sure way to finish your workout worry-free!

Jill
Jill is a fun, yet detail-oriented trainer who brings compassion, intensity, and precision to every workout. She is always looking for new challenges, you can find Jill trying a new style of yoga, out walking her pup Homer, and spending quality time with the people she loves. With her precise training approach, Jill pushes her clients safely and effectively to reach their goals while ensuring there are still lots of laughs in the training room!

Dudley
Dudley, a retired high school teacher and behavioural specialist, brings 35 years of experience and a passion for teaching to his role at Evolved. With a background in outdoor survival skills and karate, he offers precise and detail-oriented workouts. You will always be learning with Dudley as your coach! Despite a tough exterior, Dudley has a kind heart and is deeply committed to health and fitness, which was inspired by his mother's long battle with cancer throughout his childhood.

Jon
Jon has transformed his passion for physical activity into a lifelong commitment to personal training. From playing hockey throughout his youth to battling Ankylosing Spondylitis, a genetic autoimmune disorder, Jon's journey inspired him to help others overcome their own challenges through strength training. In his role at Evolved, he's found a perfect synergy of efficiency and positivity, encouraging those who work with him with his form-focused intense training style. Jon's clients benefit from his emphasis on a deep mind-muscle connection, creating a positive and safe space for them to push their limits. Outside of the studio, Jon stays busy creating music and feeding his hunger for knowledge through podcasts, books, and conversation.

Chantal, a proud mom of three, is a dedicated advocate for personal growth. Her coaching style, a blend of gentle encouragement and firm motivation, is tailored to unlock each client's full potential. With a commitment to understanding individual needs, Chantal crafts personalized strategies to support clients in achieving their goals. During sessions, expect undivided attention focused on your journey. Inspired by empowering others through strength, Chantal finds joy in connecting with people, immersing herself in nature, and cherishing moments with her children.

Arvin
Arvin exemplifies a positive and compassionate approach to life, driven by a deep commitment to helping others that was instilled by his parents. Finding joy in the happiness of those around him, Arvin's training style is characterized by its intensity and supportiveness, offering clients both challenges and encouragement. His passion for using knowledge to enhance lives is rooted in the inspiration drawn from his family, especially his grandparents. Arvin feels his Vietnamese heritage and Canadian upbringing have played crucial roles in shaping him into the person he is today. Outside the studio, he enjoys powerlifting, music, and playing the guitar.

Growing up in a bustling household, fitness became a sanctuary and passion for Jessica from a young age. Now, as a strength trainer, Jessica brings her supportive energy and holistic approach to her clients, always encouraging, inspiring, and going the extra mile to help them achieve their health goals. With a love for nutrition, mindfulness, and meditation, she lives authentically, embracing her quirks while connecting with others through empathy. As a mother to two young children, Jessica fully understands how important it is to stay strong and healthy herself in order to raise strong and healthy kids. Passionate about health and self-growth, Jessica finds inspiration in simple pleasures like long-distance runs and insightful podcasts. For Jessica, each session is a chance to uplift others on their journey to vibrant living.
