You know you’ve given your client a good workout when they say: %$#@&!

As Evolved’s Business Director, Alanna brings over a decade of experience in fitness entrepreneurship, leadership, and operational strategy. From running her own studio in Kelowna to helping grow and expand our two studios in Calgary, she has built her career around creating systems, cultivating strong teams, and leading with clarity and purpose.

While she’s not in the training room as often these days, you’ll still find Alanna coming in to be coached by one of our trainers. A firm believer in practicing what you preach, she always makes time for her own 1-on-1 strength training. Alanna believes that effective exercise doesn’t need to be complicated, but it should be adaptable, and consistent. That philosophy is one reason she’s been committed to growing Evolved’s virtual workout offerings since the pandemic, making smart strength training accessible both in-studio and online.

If you happen to be in a session with Alanna, you can expect a focused, no-nonsense approach that balances intensity with a bit of humour to help you push through. She is, after all, the inspiration behind our core value: Tough Love.

Known for her practical, people-first leadership style, Alanna values clear communication, continuous improvement, and building a culture where both staff and clients feel supported.
